How to integrate your WooCommerce store to Relu Intelligence platform

To connect your store to the Relu Intelligence Platform, complete the following two steps:

Step 1: Set Up in WooCommerce Admin Console

  1. Go to: {your_store_name}/wp-admin/

  2. Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API

  3. Click Add Key

  4. Enter Description, User, Permissions:

    • Read

    • Write

  5. Click Generte API key button

  6. Copy Consumer key and Consumer secret

Step 2: Set Up Access in Relu Intelligence

  1. Go to Settings → Integration

  2. Enter your Store name in this format: {your_store_name}.com (you can find your store name in the upper-left corner of your Shopify Admin Console)

  3. Paste your Consumer key and Consumer secret

  4. Click Connect

  5. Once integration is successful, a green "Enabled/Connected" status will appear in the Shopify card

  6. After integration, you can track the last data update within the groups list or dashboard pages.

Integration Errors: Fixes and Solutions

Error

How to Fix It

Invalid format. Use a store URL like “storename.myshopify.com”

Use the correct format, e.g. example.myshopify.com

Connection error. Invalid credentials. Please check your access token and store permissions.

Double-check permissions or check access token in your store admin panel
