No Groups Available
The groups list is empty by default To create a repricing group just click "Create Group" button and follow step-by-step.
Groups Displayed in the System
By default, groups are sorted by reprice status. Groups page includes the following information:
Last Data Update
The Last Data Update indicates the most recent synchronization between Relu Intelligence and your store's data.
By default, synchronization occurs daily at 00:01, based on your local timezone.
For optimal accuracy during in-depth price analysis, we recommend performing a manual update by clicking "update" icon beforehand to ensure you're working with the latest data.
Manual data updates are allowed once per hour.
Search and Quick Filters
The Search field allows searching within groups by their name.
Quick filters allow filtering groups by their statuses. Numbers in quick filters show the quantity of groups with a specific status.
Reprice Statuses
Each group is assigned one of the following six statuses, according to the sorting policy by default:
Status | Meaning |
Reprice Awaiting | Price recommendations are ready and waiting for your approval |
Failed | Price update transfer failed—please verify your integration settings (e.g., connect your Shopify store) |
In Progress | Price changes are being transferred to your e-commerce platform |
Completed | Price changes have been successfully applied on your e-commerce platform |
Coming Soon | No price recommendations are available yet |
Draft | Group setup is in progress, complete the group creation. |
Auto Reprice
The Auto Reprice column shows whether auto repricing is enabled (On) or disabled (Off) for a group. If enabled partially, it displays the threshold percentage for price changes. Read more about auto reprice configuration.
Reprice Items
The Reprice Items column shows how many product items in group have new price suggestions from Relu Intelligence, ready to be sent to your store.
Total Items
The Total Items column displays the total quantity of items included in the group.
Last Repriced
The Last Repriced section indicates the time when one or more items in the group were repriced. If marked as N/A, it means no repricing has occurred for any items in the group yet.
Group Actions
You can do the following actions for each group using the three-dot menu
Edit Group – Allows editing the group configuration.
Export as CSV – Exports group data in CSV format for internal use.
Delete Group – Deletes the group via a confirmation dialog. Once deleted:
The group will be permanently removed.
All product items in the group will be ungrouped.
Ungrouped items will no longer have an active pricing strategy.
