How to integrate your Shopify store to Relu Intelligence platform

To connect your store to the Relu Intelligence Platform, complete the following two steps:

Step 1: Set Up in Shopify Admin Console

  1. Go to: admin.shopify.com/{your_store_name}

  2. Navigate to Settings → Apps and sales channels

  3. Click Develop Apps → then Create an app

  4. Enter your App name → click Create app

  5. Click Configure Admin API scopes

  6. Use the “Filter access scopes” search bar to find and select the following permissions:

    • read_products

    • write_products

    • read_inventory

    • write_inventory

  7. Reload the page → click Save

  8. Click Install app → confirm by clicking Install

  9. In the Admin API access token section, click “Reveal token once” and copy the token (visible only once!)

Step 2: Set Up Access in Relu Intelligence

1. Go to Settings → Integration

2. Click connect on Shopify integration card

3. Enter your Store name in this format: {your_store_name}.myshopify.com (Tip: You can find your store name in the upper-left corner of your Shopify Admin Console)

4. Paste your Admin API access token

5. Click Connect

5. Once integration is successful, a green "Connected" status will appear in the Shopify card

6. After integration, you can track the last data update within the groups list or dashboard pages.

Integration Errors: Fixes and Solutions

Error

How to Fix It

Invalid format. Use a store URL like “storename.myshopify.com”

Use the correct format, e.g. example.myshopify.com

Connection error. Check integrations or contact support

Double-check permissions or check access token in your store admin panel or contact our support
