Group Overview
The Repricing group overview page displays the following details:
Group Name and Navigation
Back to Groups returns you to the Group List.
In example below "New Group 1" is a group name. You can edit it in the Name & Summary section using the group edit option.
Reprice Status Overview
The Last Reprice section is updated whenever a new price is applied to one or more product items within the group and shows how much time has passed since that update.
The Auto Reprice indicator shows whether automatic repricing is enabled or disabled for the group. If enabled with a percentage threshold, the threshold value is displayed in parentheses.
Group Actions
You can do the following actions for current group using the three-dot menu on the top right
Edit Group – Allows editing the group configuration.
Export as CSV – Exports group data in CSV format for internal use.
Delete Group – Deletes the group via a confirmation dialog. Once deleted:
The group will be permanently removed.
All product items in the group will be ungrouped.
Ungrouped items will no longer have an active pricing strategy.
Search and Filters
The Search field allows finding products by name or SKU.
Quick filters provide filtering of products with a new price ready to be sent to the store. The number on each filter indicates the quantity of products with that status.
The Brands filter enables filtering products by specific brands.
Title, SKU, and Image
Title & SKU display the same product title and SKU as listed in your store.
Image shows the main product image from your store. If no image is available, a placeholder will be displayed instead.
Lock
Locking product items helps control the repricing process.
Click the “Lock” icon to freeze the current price and remove any new price recommendations.
A green unlocked icon means the product is open to repricing and recommendations.
A red locked icon means the product is excluded from repricing and will not receive new recommendations.
Сurrent Price and Margin
Current Price displays the product’s current price as listed in your store.
Current Margin shows the product’s margin, calculated based on the current price.
Discount
New Discount shows discount value will be sent to your store along with the updated price once applied.
New Price and Margin
New Price displays the updated price for the product, ready to be applied and synced with your store. To sort items by new price, use the sorting icons in the table header or select the “New Price Ready” quick filter above the table.
New Margin shows the projected margin, calculated based on the new price.
Cost, Brand, Category, Store
Cost displays the current cost of the product. You can edit this value in the product details section.
Brand displays the product’s assigned brand as listed in your store.
Category indicates the product’s category.
Store shows the store name where the product is listed.
Last Reprice
The Last Reprice shows how much time has passed since a new price was applied to the product.
Apply New Prices
To apply all available new prices for products in the group, click "Apply New Prices" button.
This button becomes active when at least one product has a new price; otherwise, it remains disabled.
The number in parentheses indicates how many products are ready to be repriced.
Alternatively, you can reprice individual items from the product item overview tab.
In the next step, you’ll see a list of products with new prices. These require your confirmation before the prices are sent to the store.
Once confirmed, the repricing process may take up to 1 minute. During this time, all actions are temporarily disabled.
After new prices are applied, a success notification will appear at the bottom of the screen.
