The Team Management screen allows viewing and managing all workspace members based on user role and its permissions. Team Management is located within the Settings menu.
Team Management Overview
Search and Filters
Use the search field to find team members by name.
Use quick filters to view users by role (e.g., Owner, Admin, Manager, Viewer).
Table columns
Name: Full name of the team member. Your name is labeled with “you.”
Email address: The email address associated with the member’s account.
Role: The member’s permission role: Owner, Admin, Manager, Viewer, or Pending (if not yet assigned).
Last active date: The most recent date the member interacted with the platform.
Joined: The date the member was added to the team.
Actions: Quick controls to manage the member
How to Invite a Team Member
1. Go to Settings → Team Management
2. Click the "Invite team member" button
3. Enter the teammate’s email and select their role
4. Click "Send" to send the invitation to email
5. Invited teammate will appear as “Pending” until they accept the invitation via email
6. Use the three-dot menu to resend or revoke the invitation at any time
7. Once the teammate accepts the invitation, their full details will appear in the member table.
Managing Team Members
You can invite unlimited users to your workspace.
Use the three-dot menu next to each member to:
Edit role: сhange the member’s permission role
Remove team member: permanently delete the member from your workspace
For pending users, the three-dot menu allows you to:
Resend invitation: send the invite again if the user hasn’t accepted.
Revoke invitation: cancel the pending invite and remove the user from the list.
