Price Limits

How to set base/custom price limits, delete custom price limits

Updated over 2 months ago

Price Limits are optional but help ensure your pricing stays within desired boundaries.

Set Base Price Limit

By default no price limits applied. You can apply a price limit to all product items within group by setting a base price limit:

1. Choose either Margin or Current Price (%) as the limit value

2. Define the minimum and/or maximum values for the limit

3. Once set, product items outside this range will be flagged via warning. You can either ignore it or review and set custom limits for these items to override base limit.

Set Custom Price Limits (Optional)

Custom price limit overrides base price limit for specific product item.

To set custom price limit:

1. Click “Add Custom Limit”

2. Select a product using the radio button, then click “Add”

3. Product items marked with a yellow dot indicate that the current margin or price falls outside the defined base price limits - either below or above. In such cases, a custom limit can be applied to override the base price limit.

4. Set custom limits using Margin or Current Price (%)

5. Define the min and/or max values

6. You can set one custom limit for each product.

Delete Custom Price Limits

To delete a custom price limit, click the “Delete” icon on the right side of the specific custom limit row.
